Technical Support Analyst

£29,000 | London

One of clients who are currently dominating their current industry are looking to increase their headcount in the IT team, this is due to expansion demand and new projects being rolled out in the company.

They are currently looking for a skilled engineer who can be work within their team in London, helping manage their company Infrastructure. They are looking for candidates with the following skills:

* Hands on experience with Windows / MAC OS

* Admin, Configuration and Troubleshooting of Windows Server 2012 / 2016.

* Good knowledge of LAN / WAN networking, including TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP.

* Managing and supporting peripheral equipment, including routers, switches and hubs.

* Experience supporting Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365 Veeam Backup and Replication.

* Any knowledge of Azure would be beneficial

You will also be an excellent communicator as this will involve dealing with other teams as well as direct interaction with the users.
