Voice & Data Networking Engineer

£35,000 | Leicester

One of clients who are currently dominating their current industry are looking to increase their headcount in the IT team, this is due to expansion demand and new projects being rolled out in the company.

They are currently looking for a skilled engineer who can be work within their team, being responsible for the voice and data networks, after a recent move to New Voice Media systems. Therefore the following skills are required:

* Proven experience supporting and troubleshooting New Voice Media related issues, including testing and updating.

* Experience of data network analysis, design and operation support.

* Knowledge of data communications, routing design / configuration, local area network design / configuration and the use of network management tools.

* Knowledge of LAN / WAN, including TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP

* Detailed knowledge of SIP telephony / Contact Centre solution technology.

* Good experience using Active Directory, Servers and Windows Operating Systems

You will also be an excellent communicator as this will involve dealing with other teams as well as direct interaction with the users.
