Technical Co-ordinator / UK Housing Developer*New Permanent position*An established UK housing developer is currently on the lookout for a Technical Co-ordinator to join their business due to an increased workload and a number of large scale projects scheduled for the remainder of 2018.This organisation specialises in building award winning homes across the UK. This individual will be working on a project by project basis, liaising with design team on the delivery of a wide range of sites. The successful candidate will be working under the Technical Manager to further build a dynamic team who are looking to take the businesses from strength to strength.The candidate must have minimum 3 years' experience working for a UK Housebuilder.
