Quantity Surveyor / Expert Witness / Claims Consultant / RICS Quantity SurveyorNorth West / North East£45,000 - £65,000 (depending on experience) + Benefits      Would consider offering a higher package for the right individual on the basis of being able to generate work and bring offer potential clients and business.PERMANENTA Quantity Surveyor is required to join an organisation specialising in Construction Claims & Consulting across the North West across multiple sectors including but not limited to Building, Infrastructure, industrial and Power / Utilities. They are looking for an individual with expert witness and claims experience or a background in construction law and claims management.The role is as follows:- Managing multiple projects liaising with clients and project managers- Be able to work on multi-million-pound projects- Overall cost management of several live projects- Potentially as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in charge of a team of surveyors- Occasional site visits- Liaising with clients- Generate business, potentially bringing clients overThey are ideally looking for someone with the following background:- Consultancy/ PQS background- Strong contractual knowledge- BSc Quantity Surveying or Construction Law- MRICS or RICS chartership is ideal- Experience liaising with clients, networking- Excellent understanding of QS software- Background in construction lawSalary is negotiable for the right individual.Interview slots are available on Thursday 22nd February.Please call Chloe Jones at the X4 Group on 0202 3887 6313 or 020 7812 7700 for more information and to apply to the position.
