C++ Software Engineer - Bristol.

An established Bristol based Technology company, creators of development tools for Playstation platforms, seeks a bright Software Engineer with proven C++ and STL development skills.

You’ll be qualified to 1st / 2.1 Degree level in Computer Science or similar technical discipline, will have a minimum of 2 years commercial software design and coding experience and will have a desire to explore new ideas.

As a key member of the debugger team the successful C++ Software Engineer will be responsible for developing new features, improving existing features and producing tests to validate any changes to the code base.

As we as having strong C++ and STL development skills you should also have good knowledge of Object-Orientated Design.

Exposure to some of the following would be beneficial, but not essential: WinForms, WPF, C# development, debugger internals and debugging file formats, developing Microsoft Windows applications with graphical user interfaces.
