Internal Recruiter - contact centre, high volume, 3 months

An Internal recruiter / Direct resourcer / Talent Acquisition consultant with demonstratable experience of recruiting high volume placements is needed for a fast-growing market leader. You will focus primarily on recruiting for contact centre candidates. This is a 3-month contract which the potential for an extension.

You must have experience of direct sourcing including writing/posting job adverts, job board searching and candidate attraction, candidate qualification and guiding them through the interview lifecycle through to offers.
