Are you a Contracts Manager from a construction background looking take charge of a wide array of projects in your patch and take a lead role within an expanding market leader in their specialist industry?

On offer is an excellent opportunity to work for a leading company offering progression into senior level roles as well as the chance to take a principal role in charge of a number of key regional projects where you can play an integral part in project delivery and management.

The company specialise in foundation engineering. It is a key time as they compete for the biggest and most prestigious projects in the region in what will be an exciting year for the division. They aim to maintain their market leading status by growing the technical team to enable them to meet the demands of an expanding workload.

The role itself will be well suited to a Contract Manager or an established Contract Engineer looking to step up into a management role. You will be managing the performance of multiple projects to ensure the company achieves the turnover and profit targets. You will predominantly office based but will occasional

The Role:

·Managing a number of contracts in your region covering the Midlands and East Anglia

·Based from the office and required to travel to site as required

·Ensure compliance of all documentation and records for sites

The Person:

·Contracts Manager or Contracts Engineer looking to step up

·Have suitable experience working within the construction industry

·Full driving license and looking to work with a market leading company
