I am currently recruiting for an Assistant Marketing Manager to work for one of the UK's leading banks in Edinburgh.

The role is predominantly to manage the creation / approval / sign-off of Investment communications (on-line and off-line) that describe fund performance, market sentiment etc.

Working closely with the Investment Strategy & Execution colleagues and marketing stakeholders to receive technical content and check for accuracy, ensure meets customer needs, manage approval via internal stakeholders using our workflow management tool (Aprimo Your Marketing 2.0).

The role will be located in Port Hamilton in Edinburgh with the contract period being initially for six months, with the possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate won't be designing or writing but will be processing marketing content through internal marketing software.

They will be helping manage the re-branding and internal application of marketing content.

The content is predominantly literature and web page content.

Work partners will also be creating content and the candidate will need to proof read the content and ensure it is up to standard.

The team use the "Your Marketing" tool, it's very process driven and takes a day to pick up. The candidate will receive full training.

Skills & Requirements:

Attention to detail

Marketing experience

They need to be able to read content and understand it

Financial Services Marketing experience is beneficial
