Full Stack Java Developer

12+ Months contract

City of London

£400-£500 per day

Pearson Frank are currently working in partnership with a Global Consultancy who are searching for for a long term contractor in London, they require a full stack front and back end Java developer to act as a technical lead for a Banking, an overview of the technologies are below.

The role is focused around;

* Strong knowledge and experience in software engineering in Java/J2EE

* Strong Hands on experience across full stack on following technologies

* Javascript and associated frameworks like React, Redux, Angular, Node.js

* Webservices and REST based API using JSON and XML

* SQL and NoSQL databases

* Messaging products/API/frameworks e.g Kafka, Spark

* Cloud technologies - AWS, IBM Bluemix, Azure

* Good knowledge of design patterns

* Good knowledge and experience in CI & CD using various tools used in DevOps e.g. Jenkins 2, Urban Code

* Good communication skills with ability to interact at various levels of abstraction with CxO level to developers

* Self-motivated individual with ability to effectively influence and manage conflicts.

* Nice to have - Ability to produce business cases for technology transformation and system rationalisation.
