Proteus Europe is searching for a Migration Engineer for a 6 Month eventually renewable contract role based in Luxembourg.

Languages: English - French is an asset

Your New role :-

Reporting to the country deployment lead, you will be the point of contact for all migration activities ahead of the user migrations and will support the users post migration during their warranty period.

o Support the business with all deployment activities leading up to their migration

o Support the business during - warranty- post migration

o Remediate any issues that come out of the workplace migrations

o Get involved in profiling, EUC and application testing as part of the workplace business readiness

Your Skills and Qualifications :-

Essential Skills :-

o Experience with workplace programs

o Understanding of desktop architecture

o 5 years support experience

o Financial exposure a bonus

o Superior interpersonal and networking skills with a proven track record of dealing with complex problems and driving out solutions and workarounds.
