Proteus Europe is searching for a Business Analyst for a 6 month contract role with extension in Luton. The daily rate for this role is £255 per day. Our client accepts Tier 1 Gen, ILR, UK, EU Citizens.

Your New role :-

As a Business Analyst, you should have a passion to work within tourism and actively grow and share knowledge.

1. Demonstrable experience of managing business change.

2. Track record of delivering and sustaining tangible results

3. Document clear and concise business/functional requirements to the agreed standard

4. Gather the business requirements using appropriate techniques (interviews, analysis of current systems, workshops etc.)

5. Ensure that business stakeholders are satisfied that the solution meets their needs by planning and managing the User Acceptance Testing phase

6. Work with the project manager to continuously manage the project requirements and their implementation timeline

7. Bridge the gap between the technical specifications and business requirements

8. Create the information flows, processes and data structures to support the undertaken analysis.

9. Strong comprehensive experience coupled with a proven track record delivering the analysis phases of projects within the following environments:

E-commerce, Retail, Digital, Fast-moving operationally-focused environments.

10. Extensive experience of business case support, project initiation, requirement capture, scope and change management, development support, UAT, Project early life support and benefits realization, you will also have the ability to think laterally about the impact of changes.

11. Exceptional stakeholder engagement - ability to take business requirements concisely and thoroughly to ensure accuracy is maintained

12. Proven track record delivering multiple project work assignments within:

- Requirements document

- Scope management

- Impact assessment

13. Should be excellent in communication.
