Cost Forecasting Manager

My global client is looking to expand the team with a Cost Forecasting Manager to analyse, forecast and manage their industry costs and charges. They need someone who has excellent knowledge of the retail energy markets, as well as strong analytical skills, in particular around industry charges.

Cost Forecasting Manager - Responsibilities:

* Become the authority for industry charges in the organisation

* Analyse and forecast future charges as well as their impacts

* Develop models to forecast, monitor and report on charges

* Ensure tools and processes are in place to manage reconciliation of charges

Cost Forecasting Manager - Key Skills:

* Understanding of retail energy market

* Knowledge of industry costs (e.g. non commodity costs)

* Strong analytical skills - Excel in particular

* Ability to recognise trends in data and understand their commercial impact

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000

Location: Suffolk
