Proteus Europe is searching for a Network Engineer to join one of our multinational clients based in Surrey.

Your New role :-

Purpose of the Role:

You will be working on the Video conference operation in UK covering Europe, CIS Middle East and Africa. You will have the ability to analyze and fix customers problems utilizing required qualifications detailed below.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Service status managing

- Manage video conferencing service including conference arrangement, device installation etc.

- Communication for video conference connection with HQ and customer

- Analysis network quality for Video conference

- Manage network security service including rule registration, device etc.

- Manage asset

- Manage video conference devices

- Manage all the circuit including contact term

- Manage SLA including claim credit

- Trouble shooting

- Take a call from customer.

- Analyze video conference devices

- Trouble shooting via communicating with vendor companies which is in Korea.

- Resolve the problem.

- Trouble reporting to customer.

- Escalation to other division in Korea.

Your Skills and experience :-

Essential Skills :-

- Detail-oriented(meticulous) person

- Microsoft Excel

- Preferable some experience in network field

- Open-minded, good communication skills, customer-oriented and flexible

Desirable Skills :-

- Understanding of data network service and related protocol such as OSI7 layer.

- Certified in one or more of the following (preferable): CCNA or Security related
