Proteus Europe is searching for a Data Warehouse Developer for our client based in Baar, Switzerland

Your New role :-

The successful candidate will take ownership of the architecture, design, implementation and support of the new Business Intelligence platform. As a Data Warehouse Developer, you are part of the project team working to deliver the BI platform. This position requires experience in designing and developing complex data warehouse solutions utilizing a data integration platform as well as the ability to

understand the fundamental commodity trading concepts and translating into technical reporting solutions. To be successful, the candidate must thrive in a dynamic and fast paced environment.

The position encompasses:

Your Skills and Qualifications :-

Essential Skills :-

. Working together in a team and delivering results within an agile environment

. Effective and open communication with all stakeholders

. Actively participating with business stakeholders to identify, understand and capture BI requirements

. Collaboration with Architect with analysis of business requirements and translation into technical solutions

. Developing ETL processes in all layers of the data warehouse

. Ensuring data quality and consistency through comprehensive testing

. Identifying and resolving inefficiencies and gaps in current solution

. Providing support to productive system and requires technical skills in:

. ETL development utilizing a data integration platform

. Oracle database development including SQL and PL/SQL as

well as performance tuning and data modelling

. Data warehouse modelling techniques

Together with:

. Strong collaboration skills

. Strong interpersonal skills (verbal and written) in order to

communicate with all levels of the business and IT

. Being delivery and customer focused: delivers quality in an efficient

manner while meeting deadlines

. Strong analytical and problem solving skills

. Strong sense of ownership: takes pride in work being done

. Openness and transparency; shares information willingly

We look for candidates:

. Minimum 5 years of professional Data Warehouse development

experience with data integration platform - preferably Informatica

. Proven experience in Oracle database development

. Educated to degree level (or equivalent)

. Interested in working closely with business stakeholders to deliver

solutions

. With strong language skills - a high English standard is required;

German is a plus
