Proteus Europe is searching for a Fluent French and English speaking Agile Coach for a 6 Month contract role based in Luxembourg.

Your New role :-

Our client is the oldest bank in Luxembourg. Our client is a key player in the Retail Banking, Private Banking, Corporate Banking and Treasury and Financial Markets. These businesses are backed up by strong Support functions and by our Operational departments.

Our client has set an ambitious program of business development to the year 2020, combined with the development of a new OPSandIT strategy including the replacement of its Core Banking System.

We are currently recruiting (for its Digital Teams) a Coach Agile/ Lean

Your environment

The client started its Agile implementation in the context of digital transformation. 6 teams are already involved and the whole company is stepping in this great journey.

Your mission

- Supporting the Product Owner.

- Develop our services and contribute to the development of our Agile and Lean offer

- Bring organization to the team

- Being an actor in our Agile community

- Spread agile culture in all the bank teams

Your Skills and Qualifications :-

Qualifications

- You are passionate about agility and human contact. You are dynamic and proactive. Your qualities of humility, listening, empathy and pedagogy make you an effective servant-leader for you team.

- You have been working in agile environment for 3 years or more.

- Your experience in software projects allows you to be comfortable in activities such as collecting user requirements and planning team work.

- You are fluent in written and spoken English and French. You are able to participate actively in English and French meetings.

Skills

- Strong knowledge of Kanban, Agile practices

- Strong knowledge of Agile culture and mindset

- Good knowledge of general IT practices and processes

- Capacity to convince and leading people to onboard them in the agile way of working

- Goodwill and patience

Bank knowledge

- General knowledge of the banking world

Other knowledge

- Program and project management

- Functional, technical knowledge

- Agile and waterfall project delivery methods

Personal skills:

- Capacity to adapt to challenges

- Be able to lead without imposing.

- Possess excellent communication and facilitation skills.

- Be able to solve conflicts within your team.

- Enforce a collective team spirit at all time.
