Proteus Europe is searching for a TIBCO Integration implementation consultant who will work with one of our clients based in the heart of the Netherlands.

Our Client :-

Our client is an international logistics service provider expanding their operations across Europe and building on their existing stable growth in their market.

Your New role :-

Within our European Integration Team we are looking for an IT Integration Specialist who will be primary responsible for designing and developing integrations between applications internally within our client and externally with trading partners (e.g. customers, suppliers, carriers) outside of our client. For this our client is using Tibco as middleware layer.

The main responsibility of the European Integration Team can be described as:

1. Overall Integration Design within IT projects meeting customer needs but also in line with overall standards and guidelines.

2. Documenting clear specifications for the required Tibco framework.

3. Coordinate/manage a remote Tibco team in India for building the framework based on the provided specifications.

4. Documenting clear mapping specifications (paper mapping) for the individual interfaces.

5. Mapping development:

a. Or coordinate/manage a remote development team in India for developing the mappings based on the provided specifications.

b. Or do the mapping development in our own Tibco development environment.

We are now looking for a resource whos main responsibility will be the design and specifications of integration solutions. This requires the following knowledge and experience:

- Design capabilities and documentation of specification.

- Cooperate with staff from other IT teams and business/operations.

- Integration solutions within a logistic environment.

- Warehousing and transport management.

- Data mapping, data translation, data transformation, message format conversion.

Furthermore it will be of benefit if there is knowledge about:

- EAI, B2B, Interfacing, EDI processing.

- Tibco, XML, XSD, XSLT.

Day-to-day responsibilities: [general role]

The IT Integration specialist is primary responsible for designing, developing and maintaining integrations between applications within our client and integrations with trading partners (e.g. customers, suppliers, carriers) outside of our client.

The deliverables are:

- Interface architecture and design for new customer integrations.

- Interface Specifications (paper mapping) for external off shore development.

- Integration deployment plan for new customer integrations.

- Support documentation on integration solutions.

The IT Integration Specialist is responsible for:

- Design of integration solutions.

- Specifications of interfaces (paper mapping).

- Coordination of build and deploy activities for integration solutions.

- Unit test activities for integrations solutions and interfaces.

- Documentation of implemented integration solutions and interfaces.

- 3rd line support activities for implemented integrations solutions and interfaces.

Your Skills and Qualifications :-

Essential Skills :-

- TIBCO

- Experience with design and build of EAI and B2B integrations.

- Experience with making interface specifications (paper mapping).

- Thorough knowledge of and experience with XML, XSD and XSLT.

- Knowledge and experience of different message formats and syntaxes like EDIFACT, flat, etc.

- Knowledge of communication protocols like SOAP, AS2, http / https, FTP / SFTP / FTPS / OFTP.

- Knowledge and experience of integration implementation in Tibco.

- Knowledge and experience of integration with Red Prairie WMS (Dlx Dispatcher or Discrete).

Desirable Skills :-

- FLAT

- SOAP

- AS2

- HTTP
