A global staffing organisation located in Frankfurt, Germany are seeking an IT Support Analyst to join their team. If you have experience working in a corporate IT environment with direct customer support and a proven commitment to quality practices then you could be the analyst we are looking for.

What skills/experience should you have?

* At least 3-5 year experience in a corporate IT environment

* At least 3 year experience in direct customer support.

* Knowledge and familiarity with IT technologies, including Level 2 service desk experience working with Windows / Cisco/ Telephony

* Good written English /numeracy/ analytical skills, German is advantageous

* EUR36000 - EUR40000 (Negotiable depending on experience )
