Assistant Quantity Surveyor - North West London - Residential Developer

They are looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to be based in North West London, working on a low rise development which will be building over 300 residential units.

Assistant Quantity Surveyor candidate requirements:

* Must have previous experience working for a main contractor or developer.

* Previous experience working on a residential project.

* Must have a BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or a relevant construction qualification

What is on offer for the right Assistant Quantity Surveyor?

* Up to £40,000 per annum.

* Car allowance (circa £4,000)

* 10% annual bonus
