The one who brings all the projects to fruition and is seen as the tech guru in a company?

I'm working with a small software company in Swindon, who have been outsourcing their web development work, but are looking to bring it in house. The outsourced company are still hand on though to help you get familiarised with the systems.

There's no red tape or people getting in your way here - you'll be reporting to the Director of the business, in charge of all things web development, helping to make the key decisions.

The company is the market leader in their sector which means that in order to stay that way, they need to continuously innovate - which means that your technical input and ability to deliver projects is absolutely crucial to the business success, so you will absolutely be listened too.

They are using a range of technologies such as VB.Net, C#, ASP.NET Webforms and MVC, Javascript, JQuery, HTML5, CSS3, WebAPI and more - so there is plenty here for you to learn. As long as you are bringing a few years commercial programming experience with VB.NET and C#, they have the capacity to bring you up to speed on the rest.

The salary for this role is between £35,000 to £45,000 depending on your skills, plus a range of benefits.
