Senior Quantity Surveyor

Senior Quantity Surveyor - Thames Valley - Expanding Main Contractor

I am looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor capable of managing 3-4 sites and ideally with experience working on commercial projects.

The bulk of my client's current projects are the conversion of commercial buildings into high end apartments, which typically range from £500,000 to £5,000,000.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be based out of their head office in Maidenhead and will be required to travel to various sites dotted across the Thames Valley.

Senior Quantity Surveyor candidate requirements:

* Ideally have experience working on commercial or residential projects.

* 3 - 5 years UK experience as a Quantity Surveyor.

* Experience working with the JCT form of contract.

* Main contractor or developer background.

* Willing to travel to various sites across the Thames Valley and London.

* Client facing experience.

* Ability to manage several sites at a single time.

What is on offer for the right Senior Quantity Surveyor?

* £60,000 - £65,000 per annum
