Quantity Surveyor - Maidenhead - Expanding SME

With several new build and refurbishment projects currently in construction, this expanding SME are looking to add an experienced Quantity Surveyor to their commercial team.

This privately owned main contractor have a wide portfolio of work including new builds, refurbishments, altercations, specialised works, design and build, general works and project management.

What am I looking for?

* A Quantity Surveyor who has a track record of taking projects through from conception to completion.

* Someone who can be the lead Quantity Surveyor on site and is capable of managing 3 to 4 sites simultaneously.

* The bulk of my clients work is the conversion of residential units into high specification apartments, ideally I am looking for a Quantity Surveyor with previous experience in this area.

* The successful candidate must be able to travel from head office based in Maidenhead to various sites in the Thames Valley area.

What is on offer the right Quantity Surveyor?

* £50,000 - £60,000 per annum
