Band 7 Registered Nurse/Continuing Healthcare Band 7

Location: North West

Contract length: 3 months

Day rate: up to £350pd DOE

We are currently on the lookout for a Band 7 CHC Assessor to assess and quality assure DST's for an NHS Trust based in the North West locality. As the Continuing Healthcare band 7 you'll be in charge of a case load of DST's and assessments, with this in mind you'll need an excellent knowledge around the continuing healthcare framework as well as experience qualifying DST's. Skills required to complete the post:

* Previous experience undertaking full DST's.

* A knowledge around signing off and quality assuring DST's.

* Experience collating and auditing information within a continuing healthcare team.

* Band 6/7 experience within a continuing healthcare role.

* Experience deciding eligibility for continuing healthcare.

* Must be a registered nurse and have an live pin.
