We are seeking a Senior Planner for a well-known and respected construction business, to join their Planning team, working on a range of projects across the South East region.

The job will be based in Surrey, with site visits and travel between their other office in London and Bedfordshire. This regional office covers from Bournemouth to Oxford, Cambridge, down to Essex, Hastings and the south coast. They also have anumber of projects in and around London.

Current projects are primarily public sector, such as schools, hospitals, MOJ, MOD and commercial offices. There are also many private jobs, including commercial mixed use, and hotels. The value of the jobs range from £7m to £50m, with some larger jobs currently being tendered.

The ideal candidate would have:

* Two stage tender experience

* Construction experience

* NEC contract experience

* Proficient use of Asta Powerproject (MSP a bonus)

* Willingness to travel around the Sourth East as is needed.

Remuneration

Up to £70,000 per annum (£80,000 at a push), plus a marketing leading benefits package.
