Lead Change Manager

I am looking for a Lead Change Manager for FTSE 100 site relocation and centralisation. You will have experience aligning separate areas of business into a consolidated operating model, and relocation for multiple sites into a brand new centre of excellence. You will have a strong background in business change/organisational change and be responsible for effectively communicating change to multiple audiences. You will also drive alignment across different company divisions, who currently operating independently. Any experience in the engineering sector would be highly desirable as would any international experience.

If you have immersed yourself in organisational change programmes this could be an excellent career move for you. My client are embarking on a global transformation programme alongside the relocation/centralisation programme there will be no end of opportunities.
