Digital IC Design Manager - Italy

We are looking for a Digital IC Design Manager to head up a new ASIC design team based in Northern Italy, part of a global Semiconductor company.

We are looking for a seasoned Digital IC Design expert with excellent leadership / managerial skills to develop and expand an ASIC Design team. This team will work on all key projects running across the business. The team is set for significant growth, and so the Digital Lead will be actively involved in recruitment into this group, training, and technical leadership, driving and maintaining best engineering standards.

Requirements include:

- A University degree in Electronic Engineering, or similar field

- At least ten years' experience working within Digital IC Design, with a good track record of completing development projects

- Strong people management skills, with a motivating, supportive work ethic, and ability to determine and delegate tasks and responsibilities within the team

- Fluent language skills in English
