Java / Python Developer

£45,000 to £55,000 + 25 days holiday, private health care, 5% matched pension

Each developer is involved, and everyone has a voice and a platform to share ideas - as will you. You are involved in all decisions and you are welcomed to offer suggestions for improvement.

No politics here, it's a mid-sized company with 22 in their Agile development team (3 Scrum teams), consisting of a development team manager, lead/senior developer and another experienced developer in each team - plenty of knowledge to be absorbed from them!

Have an appointment and need to start later? Need to get away early in the afternoon? No problem - start and finish work when you please with fully flexible working hours. As long as you complete your intended hours of work during the week, you are given the autonomy to dictate when that is done.

Internal progression is also something that is heavily promoted. It is always down to the individual to perform, however there are plenty of opportunities to move towards senior, architecture, leadership or management.

Experience wise, they are looking for Software Developers who are able to:

Write and deploy correct and functioning Java or Python code in a commercial environment

Use Spring frameworks

Be comfortable using a varied amount of technologies

The salary depends on level of experience you have as they are willing to train, but they've set budget between £45,000 - £55,000 plus 25 days holiday, private health care and a 5% matched pension.
