Quantity Surveyor candidate requirements:

* Must have worked for a main contractor or developer.

* Previous experience working on residential project.

* Must have a BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or a relevant construction qualification.

What is on offer for the right Quantity Surveyor?

* Up to £55,000 per annum.

* Car allowance (circa £4000).

* 10% annual bonus.
