Support Analyst, Graduate, Operations, Network, SQL Server, AWS: JY/4867

A Support Analyst is required to join a leading Analytics organisation in Oxfordshire. The Support Analyst will ideally come from Computer Science or a Software Engineering background. They will be able to demonstrate strong technical abilities and be able to provide App Support to users.

After full training has been provided, the Support Analyst will eventually be responsible for:

Assisting partners to install, configure and support the client products

Technical Troubleshooting along with 1st and 2nd line support to internal IT users

Issue management and resolution

Keeping up with emerging technologies and building on technical skills (analytics and data warehousing)

Contributing to the design and development of new systems and processes

App Support

The Support Analyst will bring the following attributes and technical skills

Self-Starter, adaptable and a strong communicator.

Able to adapt to a technical and non-technical audience

Knowledge of PC Operating Systems and Configuration

Knowledge of Windows Server Operating Systems

Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, Domains

SQL Server

Exposure to AWS
