Business Analyst - Contract - ManchesterMy Manchester based client are looking for a Business Analyst to join their team on an initial 3-month contract.The role:You will be working within a dynamic, technology firm, who operate on behalf of a range of clients. The environment they work in his focused towards agile (Kanban), with the team specialising in a range of areas around software engineering, testing, and business analysis. They provide a range of products and services across real time systems and design work, all using the latest technologies.You will be joining a team of 9 developers (C++) at the start of an important product rollout and will be a key business analysis role for a range of future work. You will be analysing the work streams of the development team and working with other business stakeholders to ensure requirements are delivered through the eventual product release.
In order to apply for the role, you will have:- A proven background as a Business Analyst- Expertise working with JIRA- Strong background supporting development teams- Excellent technical understanding- Experience/knowledge of C++ will be beneficial- Any experience working in small organisations/software houses/digital agencies will be beneficial
As stated, anyone with experience working for Digital agencies/Software Houses or smaller organisations/Start-ups will be of specific interest to the client as they work on very small and neat applications. Also, the team are currently at the start of a project and product roadmap - so experience working on 'new' developments would also be a benefit.
The contract will initially run for 3 months, with a strong likelihood of extension. In terms of daily rate, my client is flexible depending on experience.
