Senior Support Analyst (FTSE 100 ITIL Middleware Trading IT Infrastructure Helpdesk). Leading global investment management firm is seeking an experienced Senior Support Analyst. Joining a talented team, you will provide exceptional support to a wide range of global clients including, pension schemes, fund distributers and retail investors.
As a Senior Support Analyst you will be responsible for meeting the complex and evolving needs of the company's clients, ensuring that you understand what matters most to them and transforming this into valuable, accessible solutions. Other responsibilities will include; organising and arranging the provision of EAI and Batch support, providing occasional out of hours and planned weekend support, and reviewing and updating the Support knowledge base within your team, striving for continuous improvement.

Requirements:
*Experience as a Support Analyst within a fund management company
*Have excellent understanding of integration and scheduling technologies
*Previously supported a wide range of applications
*Familiar with ITIL
*Strong diagnosis and fault finding skills
*Able to understand complex workflows
*Excellent communication skills
