Technical Support Engineer - FX Trading FinTech!

An opportunity has arisen for a Technical Support Engineer with strong experience and excellent academics to join a leading FinTech company based in Central London.

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be the main point of contact for clients using award-winning trading systems. The Technical Support Engineer will support the client's suite of software whilst also working closely with customers to understand their needs, using technical knowledge and understanding to design and support solutions alongside industry leading development teams.

Essential skills for the Technical Support Engineer are:

* Previous technical support experience within a finance/tech business.

* Good technical knowledge in areas such as C++, Java, SQL, Python, Shell-scripting, Linux, Windows.

* Ability to communicate confidently and concisely to both business and technical clients and colleagues.

* Excellent problem-solving skills and confidence in ability to communicate solutions.

* A degree in a numerate subject e.g. Computer Science, Physics, Maths.

As the successful Technical Support Engineer, you will also be providing technical and business support for our client's electronic trading platform service and supporting its global client base across a range of global markets.
