DevOps Engineer (Cloud, Docker)

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer with exposure to either AWS or Azure cloud environments to help change the way high performance web products are delivered within a one of world's best known information solutions and publishing groups.

As the DevOps Engineer you will be part of both a technology and cultural transformation in an environment using the latest big data, semantic web and cloud technologies. You will ensure the reliability and scalability of a global cloud environment, primarily AWS, whilst continually improving configuration management, CI and monitoring technologies.

You will be part of a newly formed DevOps and CloudOps group, tasked with implementing an 'infrastructure as code' ethos and using modern tech such as Terraform to do this.

Skills required for the DevOps Engineer:

* Excellent knowledge of cloud services; either Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Azure

* Broad knowledge of modern infrastructure tools including automation and containerisation, preferably Terraform, Puppet or Docker

* A development/software engineering background or knowledge of programming would be beneficial but not essential

Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 + 10% Bonus and Benefits
