Technical Support Manager | Cheshire | Salary D.O.E

The overall purpose of this role is to be a vital part of Application Support and Service Management, to ensure the application is stable and available, and also provide rapid response to incidents and escalated user queries. This role will be hands-on and you will be responsible for scoping, planning and support implementation of application improvements initiatives. There will be plenty of opportunity for progression and the opportunity to branch into different roles, should this appeal to you!

The desired requirements:

* An understanding of Oracle and SQL

* Knowledge of Java

* Coding experience
