A brand new and exciting role has arisen for a talented and experienced DBA / Database Administrator to join a rapidly growing and exciting tech company based right in the heart of St Albans, Hertfordshire. You will need to have strong skills as a DBA with either Oracle or SQL Server Databases (ideally both), automation scripting, Windows Server systems, IT security, virtualization and networking. All these skills aren't required although full training will be provided for the right candidate.

As the DBA (Oracle or SQL Server) you'll be versatile with a varied range of skills in different, relatable aspects such as Oracle or SQL Server Database Administration, Systems and scripting. You'll be applying your knowledge to meet the changing, growing and evolving systems within the organization. This is an amazing opportunity for someone who is looking to work for an outstanding, rapidly growing company with a passion for infrastructure.

Skills required for the DBA / Database Administration (Oracle & SQL Server) are:

- Previous experience as an Oracle or SQL Server DBA

- Brilliant knowledge in Windows Systems Administration

- Good understanding of Automation & Scripting (Shell, PowerShell, Python ETC)

- Be able to pick up new skills quickly

Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 + Brilliant benefits
