Dynamics 365 Support Consultant, Home Based, £35,000, Microsoft Gold Partner, Multiple UK office locations to hot desk, Progression to consultancy, Award winning company culture

An established Microsoft Gold Partner are looking for a Dynamics CRM Support Consultant to join their growing team. You will work on a home based contract with the option to work from multiple office locations based around the UK. This exciting opportunity is offering up to £35,000 as well as a fast tracked career progression plan to consultancy.

You will join an experienced team supporting a variety of clients UK wide across multiple industries as well as directly supporting project teams. This position requires someone with strong product knowledge of the functionalities of Dynamics CRM versions 2015 to 365, with knowledge of 2013 is a bonus. You won't get bored anytime soon with a steady supply of tickets and responding to a variety of instances each week.

My client don't want you to sit on a support desk forever, they are looking for ambition and drive with the view to fast track the successful candidate into a junior consultancy role in the near future.

To apply for this role you require:

* Excellent product knowledge of Dynamics CRM versions 2015, 2016 and 365

* Experience supporting users on Dynamics CRM with 1st and 2nd line issues

* Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills

* Good communication skills with the ability to support users remotely

* Knowledge of MS SharePoint and Azure is highly desirable
