OXC Researcher (Telecoms / Optical Fibre / R & D)

£100,000 - £150,000 + Flexible Benefits including relocation assistance, bonuses and car allowance

Are you a Telecoms Optical Fibre, or OXC (Optical Cross-Connect) researcher looking for a fast paced and dynamic Research and Design role with a Telecoms company that is at the forefront of modern technology in a position that will allow you to become one of the leading researchers within your field?

This is an exciting new position for a globally renowned company in a role that will put you at the cutting edge of development for one of the leading Telecoms businesses in the world.

The company operates across over 150 countries around the world, employing nearly 200,000 people across their sites.

This position would suit candidates with a PhD looking to join a market leading company in a research focused role where you will work alongside some of the industry-leading experts in your field.

The Role:

*Research and Development of Optical Transmission Systems and OXC Networks.

*Leading Proof of Concept prototyping projects.

*Turning Prototypes into products suitable for market.

The Person:

*Experience and knowledge of OCX Networks or Optical Transmission Systems.

*PhD in Optical Communications, Optical Electronics or related field.

*Willing to relocate to Germany.
