Are you a Design Engineer with a product design, mechanical or sheet metal background?

Do you want to work for a globally renowned, market leading company offering a varied and technically challenging role with the chance to work on some groundbreaking designs?

This company specialise in the design and manufacture of a variety of niche products that are at the forefront of the industry across the globe. Due to continued success and an increase in orders, they require a Design engineer to work in a challenging and fast-paced design office.

In this role you will be responsible for the design and development of new and existing projects, while creating plans to manage projects from the design stage through to manufacture.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a Design Engineer, having worked with either product design or sheet metalwork.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Design Engineer to take charge of a highly autonomous role where you will learn and be challenged daily in an environment of excellence.

The role:

·Design and development of new and existing products

·Project plans for design requirements

·Continuous improvement activities

·Completion of part and assembly drawings

The person:

·Experience designing products

·Sheet metalwork experience

·3D AutoCAD/Solidworks experience
