We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced construction planner to join one of the UKs premier construction businesses. This prestigious business is looking to add a Senior Construction Planner to their Major Projects delivery team. You will have the opportunity to work on and deliver iconic buildings in the London area. Project values in excess of £100m

The job itself will be working closely with the commercial and production teams to ensure the programme is delivered on time and on budget.

* Developing baseline programs, monitoring and updating progress, progress reporting, plus reviewing programs in existence;

* Identifying and assessing delay; and

* Creating master and implementing programs which incorporate the planning requirements of the contract.

The ideal candidate must have a pro-active approach and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams. You will be a driven and highly motivated individual; ideally with a minimum of 10 years UK based experience. You'll have an appreciation for new build projects valued at over £80m within a main contracting construction environment and be located a commutable distance from central London. Experience working with Asta Power Project software is ideal although not essential.

Remuneration

This is very much dependent on experience, but up to £90,000 per annum salary, plus a market leading benefits package.
