Technical/Functional Skills
Experienced with multiple system integrations, in high profile projects, in global, Enterprise type organisations
Candidate should have solid commercial experience delivering strategic information and technology service architecture development.
Candidate should have experience in working as part of a multi-disciplinary team using the appropriate frameworks.
Strong in terms of data mapping and processes
Experienced in designing and solution delivery of PeopleSoft HCM system
Any exposure to Retail IT & HR are important to help formulate the HR roadmap.
Any HR / Payments / GDPR Clienteling systems experience would be highly desirable.
TOGAF or similar certification would be desirable.
Able to create and standardise process and process documents across a number of business units, specifically HR Domains.
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for someone probably with strong experience across Corporate/Back Office systems such as HR/finance or other significant ERP applications who can operate as a solution architect to key Business Stakeholders, understand business requirements and arrive with architectural solutions and validate technical solutions.
The role is approx. 30% business facing, and 70% IT design.
