Senior Quantity Surveyor

West London - Market Leading Housebuilder - Senior Quantity Surveyor

My client have three live projects in West London all delivering over 1000 residential units alongside retail, leisure and commercial builds.

They are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to be based in one of these three sites, working within an experienced commercial team.

This is a great opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to add a prestigious project on to their CV.

Senior Quantity Surveyor candidate requirements:

* Previous experience working on a residential scheme.

* Must have experience being the lead surveyor on site or willing to step up to no.1.

* Must have a BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or a relevant qualification.

* Previous experience dealing with clients will be advantageous

* Must have a stable career history (2+ years in a previous role)

* At least 5 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
