Data Governance Architect - West Yorkshire - salary up to £70,000

Company

A global market leading consultancy whom are looking to establish a data governance and data solutions team.

You will hold data management expertise with responsibility for setting and ensuring adherence to data standards and policies as well as driving continuous improvement in the quality of data with a particular focus on delivering business benefits across multiple business units.

The role will be responsible for increasing awareness across the business and will need to evangelise the benefits of strong data management.

You will work closely with data scientists and data engineers to understand and exploit data solutions.

Experience working with data tools such as SQL, Hadoop or Spark would be advantageous.

Key skills and experience

* Strong stakeholder management, ability to build long term beneficial relationships

* Ability to use 1 or more data management tools
