My Client is looking for a Future Talent Manager to join the HR team based in London. The Ideal candidate will have Post Hire experience and experience in Training, Development and Mentoring.
Purpose:
* Manage and oversee the graduate programme from on boarding to program completion (18 months).
* Manage and oversee apprenticeship programmes from recruitment (where applicable) to qualification.
* Identify training and development opportunities for graduates and apprentices.
* Create, build and manage future talent engagement programs, maximising retention of skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build an engagement program for the future talent programs
* Evolve and manage the on boarding and integration program.
* Ensure continual improvement of all aspects of programme. Monitoring return on investment. Promoting and selling the benefits internally.
* Measure and evaluate the impact of learning and development activities, making programme enhancements as agreed.
* Work with stakeholders on utilisation of Apprenticeship levy
* In partnership with the C&B team and utilising marketing intelligence, contribute to the rolling review and recommendations for progression and reward packages for graduates and apprentices.
* Ensure future joiners feel integrated into the Company including a mentoring programme, organising social events, and communicating company updates.
* To educate the business managers to manage, develop and support Graduates and Apprentices.
* Support team to conduct reviews every six months to ensure graduates feel integrated and supported. Also gather feedback on supervisors and quality and quantity of work in each practice area.
* Monitor performance through providers and with managers to ensure consistency of approach.
Previous Experience:
* Graduate program management experience in a similar role, Cohort management - either graduates or apprenticeships.
* Understanding of apprenticeships and apprenticeship levy.
* Strong organisational and communication skills, able to multi-task and prioritise work at busy times.
* Resilient under pressure and adaptable to change.
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
* Experience of working with senior employees / stakeholders.
