Client Relationship Manager
The Role
The Client Relationship Manager will be based with a leading financial services company in Bristol on an initial 6 month contract, the day rate on offer is between £200-259/day.
The Client Relationship Manager will be providing clients with support and guidance while they are migrating over to a new online platform. The successful candidate should expect regular face to face client engagement, and must be able engage proactively with a variety of key stakeholders - both internal and external to the business.
Core Responsibilities
* Pro-active face to face and remote engagement with Clients regarding changes that will affect their current online banking facility
* Taking ownership for and managing a set of migration cases
* Data cleansing activities
* Stakeholder Management - providing detailed, timely and up to date information as required
Essential skill set/experience
* Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a Relationship Manager or similar position
* Previous experience within banking / financial services
* Previous experience on a similar project is highly desirable
