An ever-expanding international organisation require an experienced ERP Programme Administrator to join the Programme Management Office in Portsmouth. Reporting to the Programme Manager and working alongside Senior Managers, Project Managers, business and technical staff, you will help ensure smooth and effective operation of the corporate ERP programme.

Responsibilities

* Assist with key governance meetings - Arrangements, Preparation of presentation materials, Meeting support/recording including at executive level

* Team administration - Diary management of senior managers, Management of "whereabouts" trackers, Maintenance of high level Programme calendar, Travel booking

* Time & Attendance, Cost control - Monitoring and reporting on timesheet completion, Collation and presentation of project cost reporting

* SharePoint site administration

* Workshop co-ordination

* Staff administration - On-boarding & off-boarding of staff, including requesting access and equipment, Monitoring and approval of contract worker extensions, Monitoring and assistance of recruitment activities, Management and record-keeping of security clearance requests

Key Skills

* Experience of working in major change programme/project environments

* Experience of working on a major ERP programme (preferably SAP) would be an advantage but not essential

* Have supported teams which are spreads across multiple locations, and include external System Integrators, consultants and contractors

* Good drafting skills including minute taking

* Expert in PowerPoint Presentations, Word Documents, Excel spreadsheets and similar

* Proficient in SharePoint site management/administration

* Strong attention to detail and precision

* Ability to work well under pressure, and with those who are under pressure

* Ability to self-manage and work unsupervised, prioritising work as necessary in accordance with changing needs
