CAD / CAM Engineer (Manufacturing / Sheet Metal)

£28,000 - £30,000 (£40,000 OTE) + Overtime + Pension + Benefits

Are you a CAD/CAM or Design Engineer with knowledge of Solidworks or RADAN looking for a technically challenging role where you will receive ongoing training and have the opportunity to increase your earnings with unlimited overtime?

On offer is a role with a well-established and rapidly growing company that have recently invested in an all new, state of the art workshop. This is a client facing role where you will design products from conception all the way to handoff to manufacturing stage.

The company has been established for over 50 years and is currently undergoing another period of rapid expansion. This is a great opportunity to enhance your career with a business that is well respected across a number of industries including retail and aerospace.

This role would suit a CAD/CAM or Design Engineer with a knowledge of Solidworks. Experience designing for the retail sector would be ideal but not essential.

The Role:

*Designing sheet metal products for retail and lighting industries.

*Client facing role. You will need to design products from customer sketches.

*Using Solidworks and RADAN.

The Person:

*Knowledge of 3D Design Packages.

*Experience within a Manufacturing or Sheet Metal background.

*Knowledge of designing for retail or lighting industries ideal but not essential.
