Data Scientist

A Data Scientist is required for a global organisation based in Central London. This role has become available due to a successful year for the Data Science team and them investing in their Data Science strategy and looking to grow and expand their already highly successful function. This is an opportunity to be part of a fantastic new project that will allow you to work on a variety of data science methods and techniques.

As this is a highly successful area for the company you would be joining, a growing team to road map and develop the data science strategy for the forthcoming year and help shape the future of data science within a global brand. The main programming languages they are looking to implement are Python and R but all data science techniques and development methods will be considered. Any experience of big data methodologies will be highly advantageous as you will be working on high scale big data projects as well as high profile data science area.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a global brand that is looking to be a front runner in their data science practice on a contract basis. This role will pay £500 - 600 a day dependant on skills and experience.

Skills and Criteria

Python

R

Any Data Science techniques and methods will be considered

2-3 years Data Science experience.

MS or PhD program in Computer Science, mathematics or related disciplines
