Functional Consultant - Dynamics CRM Focused MS Partner

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work as a Functional CRM Consultant for a Small Microsoft partner who create highly customised CRM solutions for clients in the local government and housing sector. This is a newly created role to cope with the increase in the amount of projects my client are currently working on.

You will be responsible for the scoping of client requirements and determining how best to streamline business processes with a CRM system implementation. You will liaise with stakeholders to ensure each solution is tailor made for your client and work with developers and technical consultant to keep the system in line with user requirements. Strong experience of CRM configuration and customisation are essential for this role, as is experience of working with the latest versions of Dynamics CRM.

My clients are a small Partner and have a brilliant company feel and a relaxed atmosphere. They work to develop their staff and ensure they have a good work life balance. Travel is limited and flexible working can be arranged. There is also an element of home working built into the role.

The ideal candidate will have:

* Experience of Dynamics CRM

* Understanding of client requirements

* Experience in stakeholder management
