We are currently on the lookout for a .NET Developer to join our client in Didcot. This new .NET Developer position is ideal for current or aspiring .NET Developers who have a passion for technology and strong knowledge of the Microsoft .NET tech stack.

Based in a beautiful office location in the south of Oxfordshire, the successful .NET Developer will be joining a booming digital technology company that offer not only a staff-centric working environment, but will provide you with an excellent career path in which new skills can be mastered. The .NET Developer will need some commercial experience and also be willing to learn new technologies!

The .NET Developer will be working both new development (.NET) including some support and bug fixes and also working on a legacy (Classic ASP) web applications also involving SQL scripts and stored procedures. There’s also an opportunity to get involved with some front end development with JavaScript frameworks including jQuery and Angular.

Key requirements for the .NET Developer role include:

- Some commercial experience working in a development role (ideally OOP) using

- ASP.NET

- C#

- VBScript

- Genuine interest in writing code and solving problems

- SQL Server stored procedures, writing SQL scripts

- Some experience of web/front end technologies including HTML, HTTP, & JavaScript

This role will also you some great opportunities for personal and career development including:

- Work with a range of programming languages

- Work with a range of established web technologies including JavaScript, Ajax, CSS, JSP, and ASP
