Business Data Analyst - (IT Service Delivery)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Data Analyst to join a national recognised charity based in the heart of London, Liverpool Street. The successful Business Data Analyst (IT Service Delivery) will be expected to identify any issues through data analysis and make suggestions to implement change activities across the organisation. This is a great chance for an experience Business Analyst with analysis skills to make real actionable change to a leading charities IT teams.
The main responsibilities of a Business Data Analyst (IT Service Delivery) is to lead and develop processes and be able to analyse data to then suggest business change across the charity (within the IT Service Delivery team). You will also be expected to make recommendations working closely with the project team while also having the opportunity to train and manage Junior Business Analysts.
Skills required for the Business Data Analyst (IT Service Delivery) are:
- Proven experience working as a Business Analyst
- Strong experience of working in an IT service delivery environment.
- Being able to analyse large data sets using excel
- Must be a strong communicator with the ability to work with senior stakeholders
