Our client, a leading e-commerce company in Leeds are looking to bring on an experienced Java Developer to join an exciting team. The client have established themselves as a company who has a modern tech stack, agile environment and collaborative culture.

They are looking for a Java developer to support and maintain existing systems but it will mainly be building and developing new stuff!

They are migrating to AWS so this is a good opportunity to learn something new and be a part of an exciting and interesting project moving forward.

Experience needed for this role

* Solid commercial experience developing using Java 7/8

* Experience building back end systems using Micro-services

* Experience with Spring and Hibernate

* Experience in continuous integration environments (they use Jenkins)

* Be used to working in an commercial agile environments

* Experience working in TDD environments - bought into the approach

* Experience with build tools like Maven or Gradle

Desirable experience for this role

* Full stack development experience (View JS, Angular JS)

* Exposure or knowledge of AWS
